Their aim for Nene Valley is to offer a steady supply of new and interesting gluten free IPA beers. Many of these are one-offs or collaborations which allow them to maintain their own interest along with the customers. Some of the one-off brews are too popular to only produce once (we will try to get hold of them) and so their offering has expanded and they have to work quite hard to contain the variety of beers to a manageable number without disappointing too many customers.
An Gluten Free IPA for everyday drinking. A pale malt base gives a crisp mouthfeel that allows late addition and dry hops to come through with a punchy bitterness and a good deal of hop flavour in such a light beer. Certified gluten-free and suitable for vegans.
