Founded in 1982 in the Belgian Ardennes by two brothers-in-law, Brasserie d'Achouffe is known for its unique beers and charming gnome mascot. Originally operating out of a cowshed, they have since relocated to a larger brewery while still paying homage to the village of Achouffe.
