    Returns Policy

    You may cancel an order for any reason, however once an order has been shipped it may not be possible to process a cancellation request. 

    If the buyer wishes to cancel their order we recommend this is actioned within 1 hour of placing your order. Please provide your order number when contacting us.

    In the unfortunate event the buyer believes their order is not satisfactory or up to standard they may return. Only when the item has been received back at the Beerhunter office a refund will be issued, less any related costs.

    Claims Process

    We work in partnership with our couriers to ensure we do everything in our power to avoid damages during transit, however in the unlikely event of receiving your parcel damaged it is crucial you contact us with your order number within 5 days of order receipt. Please email customer services with clear images of the internal damage, the outer box and the label. These steps are crucial to be able to process any necessary refunds to you.

    My Order Arrived Damaged

    In the unlikely event you receive your order damaged, images of the outer box including the delivery label, and the contents showing all damages must be sent along with your order number upon receiving your order to cs@beerhunter.co.uk

    The photographs must contain pictures of all damages to be able to progress with any refunds/returns applicable.

    Once your case has been investigated by the customer service team, we will make contact with the course of action that needs to be taken, whether a return is required or whether a refund is needed.

    I Received The Wrong Item

    In the event that the item received is incorrect you must contact our customer services team with your order number at cs@beerhunter.co.uk upon receiving your order, with photographic evidence of what was received.

    Once this issue has been investigated by our customer service team, they will make contact with the course of action that needs to be taken, whether a return is required or whether a refund / replacement will be issued.

    How Will I Receive My Refund?

    Refund Method: The amount of your refund for the returned goods will be processed through the same payment method you originally used to purchase your order.

    Refund Timeframe: You can expect your refund to be completed within 3-5 working from the time we receive and process your returned items. We strive to make this process as swift and hassle-free as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we work to ensure you receive your funds promptly.

    How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

    Please contact our customer service team with your order number at  cs@beerhunter.co.uk within the hour of placing your order so we can alter the shipping address to avoid shipment errors.

    What Will Happen If I Am Not In When My Order Is Being Delivered?

    If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe secure place. 

    If this is not possible, a card should be left with details of how to rearrange your delivery. 

    DPD Deliveries

    If you are not in when delivery is due, the delivery driver will drop your order off at nearest DPD Pick Up Location. You will receive a notification from DPD confirming the Pick Up Location. Your parcel will be held at the Pick Up Location for 7 days.

    If DPD were unable to deliver your parcel, please contact them to update your delivery instructions.  If this email isn’t responded to and instructions not updated with DPD and they cannot deliver, the parcel will be returned to Beerhunter and both the delivery and return to sender charges will be deducted from your refund. If you require the order re-sending, standard delivery charge and the full cost of the order must be paid.

    Royal Mail Deliveries

    If you are not in when the delivery is due, the driver will leave a card detailing how you can collect your delivery. The parcel will be returned to your local Customer Service Point and held for 18 days.

    If your parcel is not collected in this time it will be returned to Beerhunter and your order, once we receive it back will be refunded minus the initial delivery charge.

    Can I Get A Refund If The Price Has Changed Since I Ordered It?

    We totally understand that prices can fluctuate for various reasons, but as an online business, our pricing adapts in response to trends, sales, stock availability, and customer demand. Given these dynamics, we're unable to provide refunds for price differences if they've changed since you placed your order.

    When Will I Be Charged For My Order?

    We've got the payment process all sorted out to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you:

    Payment Timing: If your card is authorised, we'll process your payment immediately. You'll also receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully placed.
