This method was first implemented by Albert Moortgat after purchasing the yeast during a business trip to the UK following World War I. Their latest release, Duvel Tripel Hop Citra, is a Belgian IPA with a refreshing yet hoppy flavour profile. The bright, citrusy notes come from the addition of Citra hops from Washington's Yakima Valley.
