The Ayinger Celebrator is a well-known Doppelbock that has won numerous awards. Its robust malt flavour is a testament to its origins in a monk's recipe. Described by beer expert Conrad Seidl as a dark beer with a slight red hue, it boasts a rich, foamy head and an extraordinary aroma reminiscent of greaves lard. With each sip, the taste starts off mild and gradually intensifies with notes of coffee. Unlike other doppelbock beers, it has a subtle sweetness and has been highly praised by the Chicago Testing Institute.
