Whitley Neill is a multiple award winning distillery and family, they have been crafting spirits since 1762. The current CEO is the 8th generation family member in the business, learning the trade from his Grandma. Whitley Neill Gin is made from a 100% grain spirit that is steeped with botanicals prior to being distilled. They complete the process in a beautiful antique copper pot still called ‘Constance’ which is over 100 years old.
