Returns Policy

In the unfortunate event the buyer believes their order is not satisfactory or up to standard they may request a return via contacting [email protected] this will be reviewed by our customer service teams and once authorised they will be provided with a Pre-Paid postage label. Customer must provide their Order ID & Image of unsatisfied/damaged products to proceed.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Our refund process takes place within one day of the returned item being received into our warehouse. Once this has been processed a refund will be placed depending on your original payment method with a further 1-3 working days for this to clear depending on who you bank with.

Returned Orders Due To No Answer

Any orders no longer required and, returned to sender due to no answer upon delivery will not have shipping refunded. We will only refund the product that has been returned. not the postage costs.


How Long Do I Have to Request a Refund?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you feel it is unsatisfactory you may request a refund using your Order ID and image of unsatisfied products to [email protected].

Wrong Order Was Sent?

If we send an order out and the order is wrong, we will send a returns label for you to return the goods. Once we receive the returned goods back, we will resend a new order with the correct item or issue a refund to you. Please email us if this is the case to [email protected].

Order Cancellation

If the buyer wishes to cancel their order we recommend this is actioned within 1 hour of placing your order. Please email [email protected] to cancel your order or call our customer service team at 0161 507 8000.
